Student Account Management
All staff have access to view student network account names and to change/update student passwords.
Access to the Account Management page can be found on the Staff HUB under the Instruction menu.

Login with your Active Directory credentials and search for the student's name.
If the student just needs to be reminded of their username, you can show that to them from here and there's no need to do anything further. If a student has forgotten or wants to change their password, you can choose "Reset Password."
***Show Password is misleading*** This will not show you the password the student has selected for themselves. This only shows you the most recent generic password generated the last time the student's account was reset.
Once you reset the password, the system will show you a generic password. The student will need to log in with the generic password and will then be prompted to choose their own unique password.
